Your ReSource is proud to provide year round display space to a group of talented local artists. In 2001, several men and women who regularly use the services of the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen formed a cooperative known as the
A-TEAM Artists of Trenton. These self-taught artists work in a variety of media including paint, pencil and ink, pastel, collage, photography and found object construction. While all the artwork is full of imagination and absolutely 'original', most of the materials used to create each piece have been donated, found, gleaned, traded or otherwise come from a mechanism of re-use. Inspiration for unique works also comes from the use of wrapping paper, bottle caps, pieces of jewelry, gum wrappers, fabric, yarn, and photographs.

Their work is powerful, and covers an array of subjects from deep inner emotion to city scapes to everyday life and whimsy. Visitors to their shows are touched by the sensitivity that flows through each creation.

Your ReSource is grateful that the A-TEAM has agreed to share their works with us and honored to offer the community a rotating monthly show of these wonderful works of mixed media.
